IN GENERAL
Innovawin 2.006, S.L. (hereinafter Innoget), with offices at C/ Avellaneda, 47, Sabadell 08201, Barcelona (Spain), C.I.F. (Fiscal Identification Code) ESB64205032, and with email address info@innoget.com, is the Data Controller responsible for the processing of your personal data, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Innoget has been registered in the Barcelona Mercantile Registry in Volume 38,580, Folio 88, Page 327,448, 1st registration.
Hereby informs the user how we deal with their personal information.
PURPOSES OF THE PROCESSING AND LEGAL BASIS
This personal information shall be processed solely to respond and deal, according to the rules and regulations currently governing the Protection of Personal Data and Information Society Services, for the purpose of:
Providing you with website access and online service.
Giving and offering you Innoget services.
Putting you in contact with Innoget service and contents participants (Tech Seekers and Tech Sellers).
Also, furnishing you with commercial and promotional information directly and/or indirectly related to innovation sector and I+D+i products and/or services, mainly by electronic means (telephone, e-mail and internet), but also by any other means.
Compliance with applicable legal obligations, including tax, accounting and administrative requirements.
The legal basis for the processing depends on the specific purpose: the provision of website access, Innoget services and contact between participants is based on the performance of the contract between Innoget and the User (Art. 6.1.b GDPR); sending commercial and promotional information is based on the User's consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR) and, for existing clients regarding similar services, on the legitimate interest of Innoget (Art. 6.1.f GDPR, in conjunction with Art. 21.2 LSSICE); compliance with tax, accounting and other legal obligations is based on a legal obligation applicable to Innoget (Art. 6.1.c GDPR). You are requested, for this purpose, to give your consent to this privacy policy and accept these General Conditions. Failure to accept this privacy policy will imply that the services rendered and website contents offered by Innoget shall not be made available and that the system subscription process shall be interrupted.
Data will be retained for the duration of the relationship with the User and, thereafter, during the legally prescribed retention periods (tax obligations: 4 years; commercial obligations: up to 6 years; potential criminal liability of legal entities: up to 10 years).
CATEGORIES OF DATA
The user must complete all required fields form with truthful, complete and up-to-date information, except for details where completion is indicated as optional, for being strictly required by Innoget in order to be capable of complying with the before named purposes. Otherwise, Innoget does not deal with your request. Users guarantee that the personal information given to Innoget is true and is responsible for notifying any modification or change.
The categories of personal data processed by Innoget include: identification data (name, surname), contact data (email address), professional data (organisation, position) and data related to the use of the platform (account activity, published content). Innoget does not process special categories of data (health, biometric, racial or ethnic origin, etc.).
AUTOMATED DECISION-MAKING
Innoget informs the Users that by using the services will be proceeded by automated decision-making, including profiling. The aim of this treatment is the adequacy of the listed purposes named here before.
The legal basis for this processing is the execution of the contract with the User, pursuant to Article 6.1.b) of the GDPR, and, where applicable, the User's explicit consent pursuant to Article 6.1.a) of the GDPR.
Innoget has adopted a policy of human oversight whereby a member of the team reviews and validates the results generated by AI-assisted tools before they are applied or communicated, so that no decision producing legal effects or significantly affecting a User is based solely on automated processing without human intervention.
In any event, Users have the following rights in relation to automated decision-making:
The right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produces legal effects or significantly affects them in a similar way (Article 22 GDPR).
The right to obtain human intervention by Innoget, to express their point of view, and to contest any decision (Article 22.3) GDPR).
The right to object to the processing of their personal data for profiling purposes at any time, for reasons relating to their particular situation (Article 21 GDPR).
For this purpose, Innoget provides Users with meaningful information about the logic applied: the processing uses data provided directly by the User (profile, sector, areas of interest, activity on the platform) to facilitate the connection between innovation supply and demand. No special categories of personal data are used for automated decision-making purposes.

USE OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE
Innoget uses third-party artificial intelligence tools (such as language models and generative AI assistants) as internal productivity tools to support the delivery of its services, including but not limited to project documentation, data analysis, content creation and presentation development.
These tools are provided by third parties such as Google (Gemini, AI Studio), OpenAI (ChatGPT) and Anthropic (Claude), and are used under human supervision. A human reviews and approves each AI-generated output before it is used or shared with clients.
Innoget may input basic contact data (such as names and email addresses) into these tools solely for the purpose of delivering its services. No sensitive personal data is processed through AI tools.
These AI providers act as data processors or independent controllers depending on the service configuration. Appropriate safeguards for international data transfers are described in the “Recipients and Personal Data Transfers” section below.
PRIVACY AND SECURITY SETTINGS
Innoget reserves the right to amend this policy in order to adapt it to new regulations or case laws and industrial and/or commercial practice.
If Innoget decides to change its Privacy Policy, it will post those changes on this page. This policy was last modified in March, 2026.
Under all circumstances, users must read and expressly accept to consent the data treatment referred by this Privacy Policy, before using the services.
Innoget has adopted the Data protection security measures legally required and strives to install additional technical measures and means within its scope to avoid the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access to and theft of the personal details provided. Innoget agrees to use all of the information sent by registered users with the utmost confidentiality and resilience.
Innoget will store the personal data until the personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or when the data subject withdraws consent on which the processing is based. Hence, shall not be applied, and the personal data will keep stored when that processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation.
RECIPIENTS AND PERSONAL DATA TRANSFERS
Innoget guarantees that under no circumstances shall it notify, or transfer said details to third parties, except where expressly authorized by the users. The data could be communicated to the following third-party recipients: Public Administrations for compliance with legal obligations. They can also communicate to the following categories of recipients: Suppliers of electronic communications services, hosting, SaaS services such as CRM/ERP, management, accounting, auditing and lawyers. Innoget could transfer personal data, including providers of artificial intelligence services, cloud, and SaaS services, to recipients located in third countries and with which the Standard Contractual Clauses on data protection adopted by the European Commission (Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2021/914) have been formalized. For transfers to the United States, Innoget relies on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework where the recipient is certified under that mechanism, and on the Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission (Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2021/914) for all other transfers.

RIGHTS OF THE USERS
Users are, at any time, entitled to exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, object, as well as the right not to be subject to automated individual decision-making, to obtain human intervention, express their point of view and contest such decisions, and to object to profiling at any time, by contacting Innoget and sending written notification to info@innoget.com, attaching a copy of their National Identity Document or another equivalent identity document. The users have the right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. The users have, as well, the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, which in Spain is the Spanish Data Protection Authority (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos — www.aepd.es).
